pictures of your starter from under the car
heres the deal i have a cooper s with shaved handles, the battery has died, i need to run a charge through the starter wire back to the battery so i can hook the charger to the starter wire and then the neg to the frame, but i have the ultrix underbelly cover so i cant see my starter so i need a picture so i dont kill myself, thanks for the helps folks.
oooo good luck with that... I am not trying to be an *** either... that's no joke... there is a heat shield on it which will honestly block you from getting to it...
I am going to rack my brain for a bit... and see if I recall any other points for contact that might help you....
also, after this.. I would recommend running the truck release cable an exterior spot on the car so that you can use it in the future... which you have prolly already thought about no doubt.. LOL...

You might have better luck jacking the car up, taking the front wheels off, the fender liners, and tripping open the bonnet latches to get to the remote positive battery terminal.
You might also want to add a positive terminal somewhere easier on the bottom side of the car like other shaved-handle rodders do!
