We have done quite a bit of testing on that, and now offer one. The problem with it is the cost - a whopping $990. That does include a new diverter and the CNC end, helical core intercooler, but it's still pricey. It does work hoever, and is a much more elegant solution as far as fabrication goes when compared to a water-air system.

We have seen consistent 9 horsepower gains and drops of 15 degrees compared to stock on the outlet temps using the larger top mount air-air.

What is the primary reason for the increase in HP? Is it the denser air? Does that mean the ECU can adjust the fuel properly for the increased density? Or is the gain really HP that is being lost due to the ECU backing off due to detonation with the stock intercooler?

Either way, this is a good thing, however, I am curious to know what the main source of the power is.

Thanks

>>Erm...the warranty in the US is 4 years/50k miles. The maintenance ends, though at 3/36.

Oh. Thanks for the heads up.
