my car was much slower then LOL and didnt sound as kewl :(.. know that the 300 HP mini (the yellow one) is at full throttle when being pasted LOL.. also...second to the last shot.. watch the speedo...
and there's this one of the turbo only car...

yeah... and honestly... who drives from 2k - 8k... you down shift and get into the power band.. it's a 4 banger.. not a musle car... drive it like a motor cycle...

First, sorry I have been MIA. Work has been nutz. Glad you got some decent numbers, but why only 20psi? Were you on pump gas? I run 18-20psi on pump, but with 100 I regularly run 28psi. Eventually I will get my Apexi fixed and will be down to shoot some video of the 2 fastest MINIs in the state and do the dyno thing for my own self interest.
Pleasant to see the lack of hate in this thread too. Kal has spent a great deal of time and effort on this car. I know Justin has a fair share of work into it to. Those willing to make the investment in a turbo only setup will always be rewarded with the big numbers.

And to the drivability thing. I have over 7k miles of daily driving on my setup now with the only hitch being an Apexi taking a dump. No mechanical issues at all. Even before the turbo I usually ran around above 3k rpms as the car just runs better up there. And, BTW on a closed course with the Apexi the stock governor is no longer in effect. Mine big needle goes all the way around and the does the bouncy dance on the far right.
