Earl's Competition plumbing sells solo bleeds for the brake calipers that work really great. I have them on all my cars and they really cut brake bleading time down and you can bleed brakes by yourself. They are between $10 and $15 per pair.

anyone know who makes the calipers for the R56? A speed bleeder vendor is asking and I haven't had a chance to see if its someone other than BMW.

They didn't even know that the brakes were different than last years.

R56 front brake calipers are the same as the JCW brake Calipers on the R53.

I bought my R50 speed bleeders from them. They're out of stock there plus they aren't specified for the R56 or the JCW R53 brakes.

Has anyone actually fitted their front and back R56 brakes with speed bleeders?

If the threads are the same the speed bleeders will work. you can try to get a R53 nipple and put it into your R56 caliper. If the threads work then the R53 nipples would work.
