Problem with low mpg.

Hey peeps whats happening...

It has been two weeks almost that I am seeing really bad mpg . On a Full tank twice the obd showed 265 in range which before it was at 340-360. My average miles per gallons are anywhere from 19.2 and not higher then 21.9 and this is what really bugs me. I really tryed to drive slow, kept the rpms low and do not have a heavy foot .

Mods are : Exhaust , Intake, Pulley, 180 degree Thermostate, JCW Spark Plugs.

I do have two gasket leaks on my exhaust piping , could that be the problem ? Something with backpressure ??

I really have no clue so any help is appreciated

Thanks guys.
