I bought one from a NAM member jimz68 last summer, just to have one as a spare. Dr O had put out a notice that this guy was selling the OBX donut gaskets. You might drop him a PM. It was $15 shipped.

 

I found a gasket that worked well but needed quite a lot of modification to the inside diameter (rotary file or sander). It was a Walker Exhaust part # 31555; has been in for around 6 months without problems.

 

Danny from Spark tech moto sports replied to my email. He said they can they can obtain replacement parts from OBX now.

Sorry for bringing back old thread. I'm finding a replacement for my OBX header gasket donut and I find this:

I'm not sure whether this will fit the OBX header or not, if it doesnt fit, what size should I search for... can anyone please advice?

Oh thanks, that means its 2.5" ~ 3.2" . Actually I have emailed the seller but didn't get any reply from them. Any other feedback?
