Drivetrain M7 AGS-R Cold Air Intake
This is not a for sale thread. Please don't bump an old thread just to peddle your parts. That's what the classified section is for
Has anyone purchased a M7 AGS-R2 Ram 2 Air Intake System?
The install of the air-box was easy, but I cannot get the filter connected to the tube inside the air-box. Every time I slide it on, and tighten the clamp, it pops off. I have even tried using both hands to press the filter on, with all my strength, and had a second person tighten the clamp....4 times, and it still doesn't stay on.
How can M7 design an $800 airbox that doesn't even let the air-filter attach to it. Ram-Air and no filter DO NOT go well together.

I am not familiar with that particular product but did you call them for assistance by any chance ?
I left a message and an email, but that was Friday afternoon. I'm hoping they can help me out tomorrow. It just sucked not being able to drive my car all weekend, because I had the entire new intake all bolted in, but couldn't drive with no air filter.
It has to be the wrong air filter.

I feel your pain , it sucks when something goes down over a weekend. Get them on the line I am sure they will set things correct.
