Is It Really Needed?

At the moment i have an Oil Catch Can fitted to my MCS, have heard coflicting things that they do good by removing oil from the charge, but on the other hand i have heard that, that oil is needed to lubricate the rotors of the charger, just wondered peoples thoughts

I believe the rotors are a sealed unit as far as lubrication goes. Also, I don't think the blow-by you get without the catch can would be enough to consistently lubricate anything.

The rotors themselves arent sealed, the bearings are which the rotors turn on are
