Drivetrain 07 power or 04 power. what to do?

in AZ we don't have a tailpipe sniffer test on cars built after 99... we just plug into the OBDII port... so you can have no cat if you want... you just have to bypass the wiring to make the ECU think that there is one there (02 simiulator)
