Magnaflow Exhaust

Hey

I am about to buy a Magnaflow exhaust system. I found one on outmotoring.com for $660 and then i found on on adbracing for $700. from what i know outmotoring is a very legit webiste for mini parts. but the 2 system look kinda different. i dunno has anyone bought the magnaflow from outmotoring? is it a legit system?

I was also wondering what the sound is like. i want my system to have a mture growl to it, no high pitched ricer sound. i read its one of the loudest, and listened to some sound clips online. what does it sounds like in real life and how loud is it?

I purchased my Magnaflow from OutMotoring a couple years ago; amazing sounding exhaust and I haven't had any issues with it yet.

It is a really unique sounding, moderately loud, non-rice exhaust. I have people telling me almost every day that they love how my car sounds. The only other exhaust I would consider is Milltek or custom.

Out Motoring is pretty much the only vendor I buy from now because the owner is smart (former product design engineer), low prices, long time Mini enthusiast, and he actually cares about his customers and their satisfaction rather than just making easy money.

There are 2 different types of Magnaflow exhausts made for the MCS: 02-03 build and 04-06 build. I believe Out Motoring asks what model your car is and then sends the proper exhaust.

They have 2 versions of the magnaflow depending on which yr of S you own. If you have questions feel free to call.

I love mine as well. The sound is great, not too loud and or crispy. You can hear the SC whine as well and blends with the exhaust perfectly at different rpms/revs.

Mine is a little loud. I use to be able to hear the supercharger but not now.
The sound is nice but my wife real liked the wine of the sc. O'well it's gone now. One of there's days I'll have to stop changing everything. I had the car 2 years and this is the third head and exhaust system.
