Budget's too tight...However, the next time we arrive, Msfitoy will be on a trailer with the full Monty WBK that I'm still working on...

I thought Msfitoy was down for some issues? But I guess everything has been fixed and now is running like a BEAST.

There seems to be alot of confusion as to the state of my Mini LOL...

She was never down...

1-my 180F thermostat is stuck open which caused my dyno tune with Jan this past winter to be aborted...the winter has been abnormally cold here so the thermostat replacement will take place soon.

2-still am missing a few PSI of boost somewhere...not sure if the SC needs replacing but that'll have to wait because...

3-I'm busy with other works for the future...

 

Hey Sid...No I am not at the Dragon...It is exam week so I am stuck in BG for the time being...If you want to take a road trip anytime this summer let me know I am would be glad to cruise down for a few days or something...

What are you going to do about the Thermo??? I still have a like new m7(less than 10,000 miles)...you can have it for $20...

I should be in Detroit in a few weeks...I am coming up to see Ryan if you have some time...I'll let you know when I will be there

After reading Dr. O's article about suspension griefs, I decided to give this product a try...and...it works great!

Took all of 30 minutes from rolling Msfitoy out onto the driveway, installation and drive away...haven't taken her out on a serious G test session but a quick trip to the fill up and back made a good impression on me...I will need a re-alignment as the extension probably reduced my front camber by 1/2 degree...will report back later with more detail after I head up to the Port Huron Cruise this evening...

Sweet Sid Can't wait to hear your report. I am heading down to the Mid Ohio race tomorrow morning and will get to hang out with Laurent! Can't wait to meet him and get to see all of the cool toys at the track

That steering amplifier is a cool find. I didn't know anyone had a product out that goes that deep into the suspension geometry to change roll centers. Can't wait for a full report.

 

Yes...I don't know how I missed this one...if it passes mustard with Dr O, I'm sure I won't be dissappointed...

I wonder if there's a way to lower the roll center below the ground plane? I suppose the Mini would lean into a turn like a bike?
