pulling my crank;
let's say i find bad mains ,; anyone know the details (torque specs etc. ) on the bearing ladder and caps .?

yup ; i've got one but the main caps(ladder) has no specifics as to its' handling . but all set now kheuvo has convinced me to leave it be .
