So if there is no speed limiter on the car why is it that my car does no more than 133 mph even after I have done all my upgrades? (see my sig).

There are some videos of a modified MCS on streetfire.com topping out at 150 mph quite easily. I was sort of jealous after watching them. Anyone else seen or heard of this Mini?
