Just wondering is there any difference between the old version of the Alta CAI and the new V2? I know the price is different, but I'm just wondering if there is any performance gain or anything radically different other than the color of the filter box. Because I'm thinking about getting one but do not know whether to go with the new one or just get the older one because its cheaper.

As far as I know the only difference is that the V2 is black/red.
