Hot night in AZ...

Went to the drags last night in the MCS. Temperatures were probably around 105+...my intercooler felt hotter than a frying pan. Just curious, how much could that heat affect my times?

I'm not too good at launching the MINI but my fastest 1/4 mile time was 15.4 @ 91 mph. My friend in his modded STi was running 14.5's all night so that tells me a little bit about how much the heat affected the runs.

Hot defeats the prefered cool dense air charge.
When it rains and cools off, it seems like the engine gets more power.
