I was on the MINI2 site and found this site for Chrome trim rings for the inside of your MINI and I thought you guys and gals might like to take a look. Seems a bit pricey but of it makes your MINI look better whynot?chromdesign

I have to say, I really dig the chrome look, but buying all of these parts individually in a nightmare, not to mention outrageously priced. Does anyone know of a place/site that sells chrome part packages for the entire interior?

Those chrome bits for the interior are nice but frightfully overpriced. I'd expect in the next few months more MINI spares places will handle these and the price will drop. Already seen them on three diff. bit sites.

Yeh they are pricey. RSpeed seem to be the lowest price out there so far. I broke down and ordered the trim for the speedo and the tach. I'll probly only get the switch rings and the dimmerknob bits at a later date when I'm a bit more flush. I ordered from RSpeed yesterday and they were quick to respond. Their Fedexing them up. I'll have them much before I have my MINI which is good. I'm going to need to take a day off just to add all the little bits of stuff I've got as add-ons for my MINI. Come on end of August!

This is something I've not done before, and thats started putting together a list of bits to buy before I even take delivery of the car. Is this what they call MINIMADNESS? It'll be on the boat Sat. sailing for the New World!

I want the chrome, but at what price?

The first mini I drove was a demo model on sale, a cooper, and the interior was completely chromed. Loved the drive, LOVED the interior.

Was still shopping, and ended up with a Cooper S, NOT demo model (figured they get a hard start in life), beautiful and drives great but boy, am Idisappointed in the intererior-all silver plastic, no chrome! thought I'd purchase chrome immediately, but now thinking of performance upgrades to deal with my stumble...

Have called suppliers to see if they would "package" a chrome interior (I want it all ) but they said nope.

Guess I'll wait--if anyone finds a deal please post! cheers, Jenni
