Minijae- sounds good! Have you tried the Cal-interior duster? Thing is great too. Even works great on computers.

I have both the Cali Blade and the Griots. After test driving them both I'd have to say I prefer the California blade. The Griot's leaves too much water behind- and I, too, have had trouble with the foam coming out of the handle. I've got the Griots duster, too, but I now think the California Duster with wax will be a future purchase as Griots seems to leave lots of small fibers behind.

on the griots blade, it sounds like you guys are putting too much force
on the blade. you have to glide it, not push it down. the less you push
down, the more water it will squeegee. ive not had the blade pop out of the
handle.

almost sounds like your panel is too moist (?). if you run the calduster
over the felt (sunroof seal) it will leave some fibers behind...is that what
you are referring to?

np! Im not sure if compressed air is going to do much good...
it could also push the dust further into the seal.

I just dusted my car today and I notice some swirl marks on the finish

I'm pretty sure it wasn't from washing b/c the lines are straight. The car wasn't even that dirty, well, except in the boot area.

Crap, looks like I have to clay, polish and wax again.

Didn't someone say that swirls just sorta happen? Like if there's some dirt/dust on your car, and you go drive, the wind blowing that dust around could create swirls...or did I imagine that?

I've been using one for years and when their new, it leaves this streak behind. Its got this parafin wax soaked into it so it picks up all the dust but it simply wipes off, no biggie DO NOT EVER WASH IT! I made this mistake about 12 years ago and its a big mess!!!

I'm pretty sure Blimey gets spontaneous swirls on the A-pillars - they are like straight lines starting at the windshield and "flowing" back - I think its from grit that gets on there and gets blown back during my warp speed adventures. And those plastic pillars are REALLY soft to begin with...
