Fix rear washer leaking
The fix is here...Note BMW part no.
On Thurday I had the dealer install the following:
Description: Check value
Part Number: BMW 61 68 8 229 249
The fix has been working for 5 days.
I will let you know in two weeks if the fix is still there.

Is this a fix for the rear window wiper fluid that is leaking and causing stains on the paint? Is this something I should get my dealer to install before taking delivery? thanks!

Yes this is a fix for the rear washer fluid leaking and staining.
I would have the dealer do it before pickup. I also have 2006..
It only takes about 15 minutes..
