Clay question?

This is not a MINI qeustion. My friend has a car, and he used to live next to the cement plant. All the cement dust made his car loose all gloss, he tried everything. Would a claybar take it out?

I had this happen once to a friends car. Clay can work in some instances. We did about half his car that way.

Also consider soaking a sponge in 100% vinegar. This is an acid and will help dissolve and loosen the cement. It doesn't hurt the paint but you will need to rewax.
