What do you lot use to vacuum out your interior? I've just moved into my own place and need something with the right attachments and good power. So far Craftsman's Shop Vac w/ car attachments seems the best bet. I've tried the Euro Pro that we use for steps in the house but it SUCKS. I'm not about to roll out the upright and canister vacuums are expensive.

Let me know what you use.

Try going to eopinions.com Sometimes you can find reviews that people have written and it can help you decide what's best. I was thinking about one of those handheld steamers. Right now, I need a de-humidifier! Months of snow off the boots is starting to vaporize inside!

So you'll tote out a large canister vacuum, but not an upright? Mind me asking why? Unless you have a garage, the canister (craftsman) style are bulky to use. I prefer the uprights, as they can be gotten closer to the car. In the end, it's all about the hose you are using. If you've already got a vacuum with a hose attachement you're good to go. No need for anything fancy. If it's removing dirt/debris...it's doing it's job.

Don't know if it is the "best" or not - but I use a Black-and-Decker Wet/Dry vac. I'm not going to recommend one brand over another, but I would suggest that you get a Wet/Dry vac.

1. Great "sucking" power.
2. Great for cleaning the floor mats anytime.
3. Great if you ever have wet spill (anywhere in the house) - or in the car, if you are close to home.

My $.02.
