Looked up on the windshield last thursday and saw it cracked and starting to spread. Suggestions? I have 8600 miles on it and almost ready for my first maintenance day, should I try to wait and let dearler install new one, or go ahead and get it replaced now. I live in Bama, and have to go to Nashville, to get dealer to do any work.
Plus ? 2, should I go ahead and :smile: drive my mini another 1400 miles before the Dragon week and get the first maintenance over with before the dragon, or should I just wait until afterwards.
Last ? 3, I have not rotated my tires yet from factory, should I get just anyone to do this for me, or now just wait till maintenance day-week from some of the horror stories I have heard.

1: If you can run a ball-point pen along the crack and not feel any chip, the crack is from stress and the dealership should replace it for you. Why pay for it when you can get it for free and under warantee?


2: Rotate your tires now... before the Dragon. Your rear tires will have more grip than your fronts right now... just what you want for the fun of the Dragon.
