Question RE: 1Z window wash booster

I bought the 1Z Windscreen Wash Booster which says to add the booster to water in your washer tank. My question to anyone who has used this: Can this be added to existing washer fluid, or must it be added to plain water. Also, does this stuff have anti-freeze properties in it if added to plain water?
Thanks.

I found reference to this question on several websites, and in each case it was stated that the Windscreen Wash Booster does not contain any anti-freeze properties.

They recommend that in freezing climates you use their "Anti Frost -20 C" (1Z-940314) anti-freeze/windscreen cleaner mix as a base for the Wash Booster. I would think that any anti-freeze/window cleaner would work, but I'm no chemist so if you mix it with anything besides what they recommend I'd say your own your own!
