best solvent to remove Air Bag decal from the visor

I know this has been addressed recently, but is it best to use 70% or 91% rubbing alcohol, or Goof Off to remove the Air Bag decals off my visors without discoloring the vinyl?

Denatured alcohol is best for removing the very thick screenprinting on the sunvisors.

That's what I used on a few MINIs and it works great.

I used denatured on a car of different manufacture. Be careful of drips!

I can't imagine the difference between 70% and 90-some% isopropyl causing any significant difference. 70% is better for smooth surface sterilzation (a bit of water helps lyse bacterial cell walls), but I wouldn't think that it would make much difference in decal stripping...
