Cleaning R90's
soap, water, sponge, microfiber towel.
I use a large car wash sponge and wipe of the front of the entire wheel. Then I get out the microfiber towel and scrub all of the little details. . .. .
Just takes time and patience. . . .

Put a good wax or polish (like Zaino) on the wheels and they clean a LOT easier.
I use Zaino products and love them! If you keep up things, bugs just wipe off the front end and dust from the wheels is very easy to remove. No heavy scrubbing to get things clean (hence, less chance of scratching the finish)

I put 4-5 layers of Zaino on my 16" R90s after I received them but before I had them mounted with the tires. It has made them MUCH easier to clean. Highly recommended waxing them if you can.
I regularly clean them with the Zaino Z7 shampoo and a chenille/lamb's wool mitt (about $4 at Target). Works great but they get dirty quickly because I drive more than 50 miles per day.
