Stripe Decals

Hey i have two stripe decals bought directly from mini. They are black with a white border. I noticed they have water spots, and the won't come off with wax. Does anyone have suggestions???

polish 'em. than wax 'em. prima swirl than epic or hydro. water stains will often come off by hand.

I claybarred mine. They look pretty bad before and like new after. There was a tremendous amount of oxidation that came off so a second claying is in order.
