Applying Hydro

Using window cleaner


The cheap MF towels I have just arent getting the job done. What does everyone recommend?

 

Hydro - a tight waffle weave I got from Prima
Windows - glass cloths in a 2 pack from Walmart.

 

Hydro can be applied either wet or dry. If you use it using the directions on the bottle, then you will apply it after the final rinse during a wash. A quality waffle weave drying towel like our Belgian Waffles works great.

I also like to use Hydro "dry" for the door jambs, interior painted parts, etc..

We used to have a fantastic glass towel but my supplier went out of business so I'm still looking for a new source.

Kind of old school but when cleaning my windows I'll use newspaper sometimes. I don't know what it is about it but it finishes really well. I'm afraid it damages the glass so i usually use a glass MF towel with Clarity or Stoner's invisible glass.
