Dent center hood

The previous owner of my r50 must have slammed the hood with his hand in the center. The dent is small where the hood convexesin the middle more toward the front by the grille.

What's the easiest and cheapest fix?

I had the same issue and managed to pull it mostly out with a plunger.

Call a dent removal service. They do a good job. Mini's sheet metal seems very prone to dents as I've had 4 in 3 years, one on the hatch from closing it.

I had a dent removed on the quarter panel above the rear wheel caused by a bicycle handle bar. The job cost $100.00 and was completed in 45min. while I waited. No repaint and the surface is like new.
