Prima compared to Adams
Prima compared to Adams
How does Amigo, Epic, and Banana Gloss compare to the polishes and waxes from Adams? I have not tried either company yet. How do they compare in durability, shine and depth, ease of use, etc.?
I cannot compare. I can only say that I really enjoy Adams stuff. The soap, and tireshine are absolutely awesome. Id say just do a combination of stuff. Sounds like you cannot go wrong with some of those Prima products

Well let's do some show off pix for one.
A Chili Red 2002 MCS with Prima Epic

And began like this

Here is what Prima Epic looks like on a black 2011 Jaguar XJ

Considering this paint started out looking like this, it's quite a transformation after using Swirl and Finish

Here is what Prima Epic topped with Banana Gloss looks like on a Jet Black 2008 BMW 335i

and

and started like this

Or here's a Chevy Silverado that was polished with Epic and an Orange Pad

That began like this

Now if you're still with me, Banana Gloss is so forgiving and easy to use. There are very few products that you can just apply it regardless of the temperature of the paint, or in the sun, and that dries in seconds, and is ready to be wiped off soon after that, such that you can wash and wax everytime if you really wanted to.
Need more durability, choose Epic.
Need filling capability to mask/conceal some minor defects, then include Amigo in your process.
Like has already been mentioned, you're going to have to get the products and test them out for yourself as everyone has different standards and requirements. I tend to favor looks over ease of use when I'm working on a customers car, but for my own MINI, favor ease of use and speed over looks since I have so little time to spend on it.
