Awesome!!!! So glad to hear that! We're working hard to improve our shipping times. Our post office cut off is 5PM PST, and I'm often racing down there at 4:55PM whenever possible.

My first Epic application was a bit rough and I kinda ran out of patience. But OG sent me some very, very helpful tips on not just the wax, but general tips.

This is all in addition to the AWESOME ship times and just general great customer service. I ordered right up to the last dang second before 2PM PST and got it exactly three days later, and I'm on the east coast. I lost the shipping email (I think I just went nutz-o) and emailed them, within a couple of hours I had a response with the shipping info.
I was becoming hesitant about ordering BG, but frankly, the help OG gave me and his suggestion on BG, I placed a second order without thinking twice, and recommended him to some locals.

About a week or so ago I ordered from Richard's website. I'm about 40 minutes from his shop, so not that far. I chose FedEx ground when placing my order mid-day. The very next day I had my order. I couldn't believe it arrived that fast. Thanks!
