Suggestions for an interior vinyl cleaner!?
I've spent an hour going over this Detail 101 section. You guys are HARDCORE! I am horribly intimidated by the mass amounts of information. I'm about 3 weeks into my new MINI. I wash her a couple of times a week but that is about it. My biggest problem is the interior. The dark colors scuff up immediately after cleaning and it is getting to be difficult. I am looking for something to use throughout the week, preferably an easy wipe on (like baby wipes) product I can keep in my car. Any suggestions? I don't want something that will give me a glossy look. I am also hoping for something I don't have to go on an adventure to acquire.
Thanks!

Not a wipe, but I recommend 303 Aerospace Protectant. Shields the surfaces from UV damage and doesn't look glossy - just clean. Seems to repel dust really well and dark surfaces don't scuff as easily. I also use it on my rubber mats and it keeps them deep black and new looking.
Yes, 303 Aerospace Protectant is the ticket for all things plastic/vinyl. Shine is controllable (from satin to mild), and product longetivity is top-shelf.

I go Vinylex for the leatherette seats (I LOVE the "new car" smell!) and 303 for every other plastic bit inside and outside. Both are definitely low gloss, though I suppose if you laid on a few coats of 303 you could start to get a little shine if you really wanted to (satin, Ryan?

Depends on what your local stores are. Here in Chicago, the Pep Boys pretty much suck (Ok...they DO carry Vinylex, but that's about it!)...Murray's has most everything (303, Vinylex, Stoner's...) except for the really high end products (Zaino and Zymol).
