BW is great - if the PBW is half as good it will make the combination perfect! Can't wait (I hate to tape!).

JoniF - is that your Frenchie?? I have 2 and a Boston - they are incredible dogs!!

Richard, it looks like you have another winner.

So, is the idea one would PBW, then BW, then polish/wax. Or would one polish/wax, then remove polish/wax with PBW, then apply BW.

Either way, I will be making an order as soon as it's ready

Unfortunately, I haven't come across any cosmoline drips during the testing over the past 4 months to try it on but looks like I have a volunteer tester now, lol (just got off the phone with JoniF)

I would polish, wax, PW, BW in that order. Just remember the PW's purpose is to remove wax, so it will remove any protection you put on the paint. If you're really concerned, then polish, PW, Wax, BW is another option. I took some pix of polish that's been on my trim for the past month--Swirl that was buffed in with both a rotary and a PC so it was stuck pretty good. Scrubbing it during two car washes did nothing.

Thanks! I'll announce more details as I get closer to release.

Richard, I can't wait to test your new product. Black Wow has been great on my new mini.

I tried out Richard new pre wow on some cosmoline stains on the black wheel molding. I think it did a pretty good job. This is the before picture.

Did I miss something ?? Is the Pre-Wow available now ??

Or did OG just ship it to some beta testers ? In which case, I have to ask how did we OCDetailers not get selected to test ??

<<going to check out OG's website>>

Actually what happened was Joni ordered a DVD from me and we had just talked in this thread about whether PW worked on Cosmoline stains or not. Not having had anything to test it on, I sent her a teeny weeny sample--just a few drops--to see how it worked.

I'm still waiting for the bulk to be manufactured and sent to me..had some delays, so I only have a small amount available for testing at the moment.

Btw, her After Link doesn't work for me.

Yeah, I didn't see it on your website so I assumed it wasn't available yet.

If you need some very discerning eyes to test, you know where to find them.
And no, Joni's after shot didn't link up correctly. Hey, Joni... try it again !

Are you a part of the Alliance testing team?? Thanks for the offer--yep, I know where to go, lol. Right now, waiting for a bunch of stuff not related to testing....

By the way, my store location has changed--it's not ready for purchasing through yet, but hopefully by tomorrow afternoon (need SSL to be implemented and fixing a few tiny bugs) it'll be ready---think of the Supply store you'd buy Show Car stuff from, and you'll know the URL....I got both the singular and plural form of the word. I'm purposely not posting the link cause I don't want a flood of people hitting it yet since it's still going up.

A real announcement will be made soon of the changes.

Richard

Hahaha. Hmm, I gave you all the clues you need. I even capitalized them, lol.....

Speaking of BW, this past weekend I detailed a black 2008 Z06 Vette and the owner went online while I was working and ordered the BW from Autogeek after he asked them for the best trim product...he bought it..then discovered the guy working on it made it...was a funny revelation for him.

No secret codes needed...

A while ago I asked for volunteers to review detailing products for the NAM Alliance Magazine. A small crew was assembled and we've just completed our first product. Look for the review in the next issue of the magazine which I really hope we complete and out the door for you to download by Friday.

I saw Richard had announced he was working on something so I called asked if he would like to submit a sample to for review. I'm quite sure you will hear more about it before we get that issue out, we are bi-monthly. I'm also quite positive our crack team of OCD freaks will put the product to the test.

Yeah, the clues were fine. ShowCarSupplies was the first thing I googled and it did not come up.

Saw your announcement this morning though and clicked on your link... got it saved as a Favorite.

If I may help to consolidate the pix...Thanks JoniF for documenting
the PW. It's obvious that the Cosmoline damages the plastic and nothing can be done about it other than replacing it.

Yeah it definitely looks better but that cosmoline is so tough. I've had this problem almost from day one. Only the cooler weather has stopped it from dripping onto the trim. The tip for new owners is to stop it before it has a chance to damage the trim....i.e. make sure the "dealer" cleans it thoroughly from under the hood.

Thanks for the photo.

I have the bulk ready---just waiting for the bottles, then I gotta fill them. I was shooting for the end of January, and then I realized I'll be out of the country from Jan 8 to Jan 23...so we shall see how that goes....it's coming!!! =)

I do have small samples for those NAM'ers that absolutely must have it now.

I just put another serving of Adam's on yesterday and was reminded of all the polish the Evil Detailers embedded into the trim, which then reminded me of your latest and greatest product. I won't be doing a major detailing for a few months, so I can wait for it.
