When did DP switch from DHL to UPS?

Being that I'm in Alaska, I also love Priority Mail. It gets here in roughly the same amount of time as FedEx and UPS, at a much lower cost. Too bad it's next to impossible to find a vendor willing to ship awesome detailing products via USPS Priority. I'd buy a lot more product if I could just find a vendor willing to use USPS.

On the other hand, when I lived in the lower-48 - I found that USPS service was really crummy. I'm not so sure why USPS service seems better in Alaska than elsewhere...
