It's a polishing procedure. Nothing fancy about it. The fact he uses a wool pad is of concern. Especially because he says it's recommended for new cars. I would never use an aggressive wool pad on a new car. The rest of his services--installing auto alarms is not even related to detailing, and the interior cleaning is nothing to be proud of. I wouldn't take my car to him.
