Got a set of RE-11's waiting at my installer for my summer wheels. Turning this puppy up to 11.

The car's a beast with the head on it. Needs a re-tune to fix some issues below 4000 RPM. Above 4000 RPM, it pulls like a Clydesdale on crack all the way to redline (only 6700 on the auto). And at 3000 RPM and WOT in 6th, it grumbles like a V-8. Righteous.

Starting to think about my spring detail... only 9 weeks 'til MOTD.

 

Well, now that the hockey game is over, I'm bored. And nothing interesting starts here at work for another hour.

Warm temps are welcome there's still a fair bit of "return to stock" work left.

 

yah, these warmer temps temps me to go hunting for a new HU for my G...

but then there's really no cars out there these days with a CASSETTE deck so now im like maybe i should just keep the Bose. it has those old time in-dash 6CD changer thingie so tune number wise im not really hurting.

wat do you guys think? keep the classic deck?? hell, buy some cassette tapes to go with it? LOL

Hell, now I'm thinking I should keep the cassette. I have my nakamichi somewhere too... I should 'dub' some MP3's I have ('dub' is short for dubbling or copying from another cassette or LP for you silly young folk who only know what rip means. For us older folks, 'rip' means farting loudly or with expression ).

finally got around to turning the tires on both the G and Z.

my FitS is saying im 12miles over the death of the oil inside the engine... but it's Mobil1 silver cap, not the shitto oil the dealer uses. is my car telling me that im lazy?
