Another Detailers Paradise praise

I wanted to let anyone who has not ordered from Detailers Paradise know not only do they sell great products, but they also treat their customers very well.

I made an order on-line and forgot one item. Completely my issue. I sent an email to Heather asking if the item could be added to the order.

I got an email a couple of days later from Heather apologizing to ME?
My message got caught in a spam filter which was not a big deal to me, it happens with email. If it was important I should have called, again my fault.
In her message she said she would send the item at no charge.

This goes way beyond any expectation I had and has earned a customer for as long as they are in business. Not because I am getting something for nothing but because of the thought process that offered it.

In a world where few take responsibility for their own actions, Heather took responsibility for the customer not getting the BEST service even when it was not her fault.

I can't ask for anything better, becuse there is nothing better.

Heather and Nick do bend over backwards to help us out all the time. Its great to know that when we make a boo-boo they do everything in their power to help, even if it does mean its going to cost them a few dollars.

Aw thanks, thulchatt & Jeremy! Really though, it's simply that we started this business as customers ourselves (to our now competitors) and we were determined to remember the customer perspective. That's what drives our decisions. Really, we found it's not that hard to treat people well! It actually boggles my mind that good customer service is not the norm.

BTW, I recently installed a new spam filter program and it is great! I haven't lost an email since and yet it's successfully filtering out the hundreds of junk I get every day. Sorry to all who have had to deal with my spam filter issues! It's now a thing of the past.

Thanks again for your support and the very kind words!

-Heather

Yes, I agree that Heather and Nick are the BEST. Right after the infamous Monster Fluffy Max was sold out I put an order in, with a note that if they had one hiding somewhere I'd take it - they sent me a tshirt as a 'sorry' replacement. Un expected, un necessary, but so nice. And of course all of Heather's help here in the forum is invaluable. Add that to the personal attention when I showed up at the shop in Denver... their service is hard to beat!

And I agree with Heather that great customer service is not that difficult; essentially it's just caring about your clients first, and then the business you represent. I have a fancy title and position at my day job, but it all boils down to customer service, which I love - more businesses should try it, making people happy is very fulfilling!

Another big thanks for Heather and Nick from me!

i can't wait (?) to get back to the office tomorrow to get my
gallon of Slick that arrived on Monday. been on a 5 day
weekend. im already about 1/2 gone on my current small
bottle which i got maybe a month or so ago.

im using Slick strictly for cleaning my cars using polymer cause
i dont want to waste it. for example, my wheels are all
using WheelShield so i use Slick for that. My commuters are
running Hydro so im using Slick for spot cleaning and bird crappage.

it works AMAZINGly well even in the sun. yes, even on a hot
surface as long as you wipe off before it air dries.
this is important as my cars that usually get bombed are parked
outside.

Hey, you know you are using a great product when a professional detailer's truck pulls up next to you at a red light and gives you 2 thumbs up!

Somewhere there was a post by Heather, describing the order in which to use Prima products (Amigo, Epic, Slick, Hydro, etc.) and which pads to use for each with the PC machine. Now I can't find it. Anyone know where it is?
