New Lights!

Paul, with the help of friends, installed these Hella 500s. Now I'll be able to see at night, 'specially at the Dragon.

Hey! I'm surprised the State of Maryland didn't find your "My S" plates "offensive." There's hope for what I have in mind.

well perhaps if I had put a big lip smack in front of MY S...but no complaints on the tag for the nearly 5 years I've owned it...

Nice lights! Any deer steps out in front of you will be medium well venison when those suckers are on!

Nice Lights! A low lying fog doesn't stand a chance now!

How long did the install take?

total for both sets about 6-7 hours. That includes a lot of fiddling and aiming.

you guys are cracking us up
Paul said you were both very helpful..in different ways. Brian, being the whiz that he is with wiring, saved Paul time. Jay's input was helpful as well..and he was a good tool handler, apparently.
I was too busy doing parts runs, making dinner in a crock pot, and picking up pizza and beer. I only got glimpses of the fun..

Very nice Katie.

Are you and Paul around one evening for dinner in the next couple of days? I need to come down to the Annapolis Marine Art Gallery to pick up a painting they repaired for me. Let's meet up, and you can see the new MINI. The gallery closes at 6 pm most evenings.

Love the new lights Hella sweet!!! I could use those here in Brooklyn, people keep crossing the street against the signal when i come through, guess they can't see me with my tiny little PIAA's. Maybe you guys could help me hook up my air horn too.

Wait.. you STILL haven't installed those DANG HELLA air horns? It's not like they've been sitting around oh since 1994 (actually that is when I bought them from Griots Garage)!! Those horns are HONKING to be installed. I expect they'll be installed by the time we do MINICup 2.5x
