Can anyone give me easy directions for installing DICE?

Can anyone give me easy directions for installing DICE?
I just bought the DICE system and I know that it really should be pretty easy to do but I have to admit that I don't understand the directions. Is this something that I will need to remove the console in order to do? I have looked at some directions but I am not even sure why there are two plugs on one side of the cord. 
I am embarrassed but hopeful that someone can help.

The two plugs go into the CD changer plugs hidden away in the right cubby in the boot. The other end goes into the DICE box, as well as the cable that connects to the iPod. And that's really it. The trick is hiding the cables!

I don't think that it is any different from installing the Dension IceLink Plus.
