I hear Brian talked you into the sway bar too (it's well worth the money though).
So why didn't you want to use the middle setting?

Now you have to do:
  • JCW Dash
  • JCW Steering Wheel w/JCW inserts
  • JCW Lighted Door Sills
  • JCW Wheels
  • JCW Floor Mats
  • JCW Exterior Bits
That should be about it, unless you can get the JCW Seats.

Let's see...

JCW suspension - Check
Madness rear sway bar - Hmm - not OEM... I'll hold off for now. Maybe a JCM one at some point, if they exist?
JCW strut tower brace - Check
JCW exhaust - Check (incl. with JCW tuning kit)
JCW brake kit - Check
JCW dash - Check
JCW steering wheel w/JCW inserts - Check... but no JCW inserts (I'd like to keep my multifunction steering wheel, thankyouverymuch)
JCW lighted door sills - Check
JCW wheels - Check
JCW floor mats - Hmm - no thanks, not a fan of the checkered flag look
JCW exterior bits - Nah - hate the CF look, but I'll keep my badges
JCW seats - I wish! One day maybe, provided I can easily disable the seat airbag sensor. Maybe after the warranty is over. Heh.

Other stuff:

JCW side vents - Check
JCW spoiler - Considering this for the future, but it would have to be repainted in Hyper Blue (including the CF bits)
JCW gear shift indicator - Nah, too cheesy-looking, not well integrated

Oh by the way, I forgot to mention that I like the sound of the exhaust. Deeper and sportier tone, awesome. Actually, from inside @ cruise speed. it seems to have less sound, when compare to stock, which is good.

And for engine modification, other than both intake and exhaust that I already have, I'm still not able to decide that I want to go with the JCW kit or aftermarket one. (I have 100k extended warranty though)

Rims, I might try to get the Work VS-XX @ 18" (for show, no go).

Have you considered the Dinan kit? It is still under the MINI warranty, but it depends if the dealer is participating with Dinan or not. I have heard that Tate may be a Dinan dealer soon.

Towson is kind of conservative, I think.
That's why I don't know if they will even install or carry anything other than their own stuff.
I was visitting Morristown Mini the other day, their staffs are cool though. Wish they were closer to here.

The Dinan kit is like the JCW kit. Dinan has been doing stuff for BMW and most BMW dealerships install the kits and cover them under warranty. Dinan is trying to get a bigger foot hold on the MINI market and is trying to get more MINI dealerships to install/stock/warranty their kits.

It would be perfect if that was the case.
Since I bought my MINI from Towson and Towson is the closest dealer for me, I would prefer them to take care of my car. But the thing is: I asked them right after I got my car about aftermarket parts (DINAN, etc.) that I need them to install, They don't want to do it at all. They even suggested me to go to other dealer instead. Oh well......

I have more time on the road today. After the new exhaust's been installed, I drove around all day. I feel better trottle response. I cannot say that my car pull any harder, but definitely rev much easier. I can almost feel the better flow in the engine system. The exhaust sounds is quieter from the inside, lower tone than before with a sporty accent. And most of all, it looks good.
Surprisingly, there are quite a few pocket rocket try to race me today.
Oh well, I'm a little too old for that already.

Overall, I love it very much.

I had some work done under warranty at Towson after I got my pulley and intake installed. They didn't say a thing about either.

None of the performance stuff was done there either.
