For about 2 weeks after the passenger door wouldn't lock with the key button, when the others locked after getting up to speed, or using the dash switch, I could push it down with no resistance. Now, I can't push it down at all. I figure that if I really push on it, something is going to break. The other locks, driver side, petrol cap, and boot all work as advertised. I figure it is a computer glitch.

If you're up to it take off the interior door panel. See if the cables used for the locking system are all still hooked up.

I am having the opposite problem, starting late last week the passenger side door started refusing to unlock - either remotely or with the toggle switch. Acts like it is all gummed up with peanut butter or something. Once I rolled down the windows and opened the sunroof, and the passenger door still did not unlock with the remote. Drivers side and boot, no problems.

This is a known problem. The actuators in the door fail in any of several ways.

I had my driver's side unit replaced under warranty. Your service adviser will know what to do.

I just had mine replaced by Tate under warranty. Must be a known deficiency. Thanks for the reply.

Actually, Tate replaced some unit, B something, and reprogrammed the CPU.
