Lucky Dog Garage Short Shift Install

This past week I had LDG install a B & M short shift kit. After about an
hour of driving I was comfortable with the new feel it gave, the shifts
are approx. 30% shorter with a more solid feel, all in all a good mod. I
also had them put a new SPARCO **** on that I bought from OG RACING,
it helps with the solid feel and looks great. Just thought I would pass it
along.

I also got a B&M from LDG back in March. I paired mine up with a Custom Whalen though. I am very happy with the feel of it.

I bought a knockoff of the B&M shifter on eBay for $30 just after I got my MINI 2 years ago. A friend and I finally installed it a couple of weeks ago (after buying it I was leary of using it coz it was so inexpensive but had some free time and thought, "What the hell"). Surprisingly, I am very happy with the result. The shifting is very exact and also about 30% shorter. I will be keeping it and wish I had installed it sooner. Go figure.
