Hey All,

I just got the pulley system and sway bar installed on Friday. Although it took about 4.5 hours to install, the wait was well worth it. The increase in horsepower and handling has definitely put a smile to my face. I guess my next purchase for the new year will be a new exhaust system. Does anyone know of a good exhaust system that will increase horsepower substantially?

Wait for LDG's exhaust. The first few will be in stock at the end of the month.

If you are indeed interested in the new exhaust...give John a buzz so he can put you on his list to get one.

I have a complete system (headers and catback) spoken for and I know mdsbrain is waiting on the catback.

I'm partial to the milltek system myself... Tho I'm sure John's will be comparable if not better...

It's a custom exhaust he designed. Like alot of others on themarket it's a freer flowing design so you should be a performance boost. Also like others out there it's a more aggresive tone.

I may have some more information at some point soon. I'll let you guys know if/when I have anything more.

Okay, I can confirm that the exhaust IS NOT a 3" straight pipe with no muffler.

Yesterday I looked at one of my wheels and noticed that the original metal air valve cap was replaced by a rubber cap. I can't prove it, but I took my car in for repair at LDG, in which they did remove the wheels on one visit, and checked the tire pressure on another visit two days after. I know the caps are only a few dollars, but i guess it bothers me that someone removed them. I guess the lesson is to remove the caps before taking the car in for servicing.

You can always call and see if they have it. That is one of the things that I check before I accept receipt of the car.

I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose, it's just one of those things. I'm also pretty sure it's still laying around somewhere and you could get it back without a problem.

Spoke with Brian this morning, and he stated that he had a box full of them, and that it was now problem of stopping by to change the cap. I guess I'll get it the next time I go up there. However, the lesson is still learned that I must check everything before and after work done on my car. Maybe I should make up my on personal checklist to go over before i turn the keys over.

If you're going to be at anything this weekend I could swing by tonight and pick them up for you. LDG is like 10 miles from my house and on my way home. Plus it'll give me a reason to harass them again.

I was up there yesterday for new shoes and as usual...no problems. I like to watch all the work being done to my car so I was there during the entire process. No matter where I go...I still give my car or even my truck a once over before I sign my name.

That's funny because when I had gone to get work done on my car, Chip told me that i could not go back in the work bay area due to potential liabilities. I guess you have to be personal friends to be let in the club house.

Did you ask? I don't ask, I just go. The best way is to go around back.

Odd, I've hardly known the guys and I just ask to bother them while they work. I then usually stand outside behind the car most of the time. Staying out of the way.
