My Mini has less then 1000 miles on it and a new windshield. It took a rock that would have cracked any glass, so it's not the car's fault, but I was like an expectant dad while they worked on it. The folks at Banner Glass in Glenn Burnie, (410-760-8866) do all of the glass for Tate Mini in Annapolis, which is who gave me their name.

"Joe" did the glass in my Mini and explained to me all about why the side covers fly off, about the stress crack problems, and about a million other questions I asked.

Good people, great job, (zero scratches!) and the price was $389 and change. Two hours from drop off to pick up, plus a donut shop right across the street!

I asked about a frequent buyer discount and they all laughed, but I was somewhat serious, if what I have been reading is true about the windshield on the Mini. We'll just hope I don't need another for a while.
