MINI GPs are the only MINIs assembled by Bertone in Torino- Italy, so technically GyPsy is Italian and her VIN # reflects her origins too.

Pre Parade Breakfast
.....
We need tickets to enter, which will be sent to us once they have our payment. The BMW group has graciously offered to handle our reservations for us too. I just need to send them a check.

Are tickets mailed to us or is a "will call" system?
and is parking avaiable near the restaurant?

I am picking the tickets up from the BMW club the morning of. I will then give you guys your tickets as you arrive. As of right now there isn't any designated parking, we are trying to get some set up. If any becomes availible, I'll make a post about it.

I don't have any decorations for my MINI at this point... I hope that won't be too important! If anyone has any very quick and easy ideas, please let me know! Otherwise I just hope the fact that we are a group of MINIs is enough to entertain.

My MINI, in all likely hood, will be going undecorated as well.

There was a change of schedule for Morgan's field hockey game. It has been moved from the 7th to the 8th. So as it stands, unless I can find a way around it, we won't be able to make the parade.

Hurray! I'm in. I also sent in my DCMM membership dues. If anyone wants to bring the t-shirt with them to the parade, I'll be happy to wear it (if not, no problem).Right now it looks as if I won't be going to the breakfast, unless it's not too late to sign up. Sorry for the last-minute inquiry; I was waiting to hear whether another cabrio was needed.-Gail

Jeremy --> Maybe Gail could use the extra ticket(s) you picked up for me? I'm still going, but I only need 1 at this point.

We are not currently able to send out new membership packets (or t shirts) as the membership fulfillment person (AKA me) is currently in a hotel lobby in Laramie Wyoming. I will send things out after my recent on or about October 20. Thanks for your understanding.

No problem; I only mentioned it in the off chance that it was possible. Hope you enjoy Wyoming, and I'm looking forward to the parade and meeting at least some of the DCMM cohort.
