Wow what a trip. I made it back last night, after driving through more torrential rains (as if driving through Ernesto in the WVA mountains wasn't enough).
Limerock was very cool, tho' I missed the luncheon. Some of those vintage cars made me drool they were so beautiful...especially the Italian ones.
I hope everyone else made it home safe and sound.
See you all on the 10th..?

 

Does anyone have information on the documentary that was being filmed at MTTS? I look forward to seeing MiniNurse's portion!

 

Thanks to DCMM and MINI of Sterling! I had a great time at the game, I even managed to pick up a baseball while I was there! It was really nice to hang out in the parking lot prior to the game! I met a lot of great people, and had a good time talking about MINI's!

I am also curious about the documentary that was being filmed...the film crew from MINI asked me to be filmed as I drove through the tunnel on Skyline drive...I can't wait for it to come out!

What a great time we had on the C-Ville to DC and DC to NJ legs. We had a few things set us back the morning of the Skyline drive(kennel issues and got pulled over on the way! ) so we were behind and had to just catch up in DC. It looked like a fun drive with all the MINIs, from the pics I have seen on NAM and MC2. We loved looking at everyone's cars and meeting some great people, NEMINI, DCMM, and others from as far away as California. Wished we could have started sooner so we could have met more people. The game was fun(GO NADS!!! for Coopergirl,B&D,mightymini...Still laughing about that!!!! ) and the ride through Washington Crossing, PA and New Hope was great especially with 48-50 MINIs...were true highlights of the trip. Thanks for everything and we are looking forward to more events to attend soon so we can meet more MINI people.
