OK, it seems the network outage has been scheduled for Friday the 18th, which means I should be able to make it to MBTB3!

I did a dry run on it today. Fun. But a LOT of bicycles. I mean a LOT. Some moderate restraint will be called for.

My MINI is STILL in the shop.....they have messed up the vinyl work three times now! Well at least they have not asked me to come down and see there screw ups. Holding off for now on RSVP'ing for this

 

Count the 2 of us in. We will probably meet you all at Chesapeake Beach for lunch and then go with you after that. Coming from Southern MD, we pass by. If you could give us the route from Annapolis to there, we could be waiting somewhere along the route.

 

I'm still on the fence about this one - I want to go, but it'll depend on how some other things work out this week...

 

I want to go so bad, but I will probably have to work. What is the time frame for something like this? If it starts at 9am, when does it end and how far do we go? Not sure what time I will have to work, but I may be able to do part of it...

It is with deep regret that I have to cancel my RSVP for this. Something else just came up that can't be avoided.

I remember how much fun MBTB was the first time, so I'm really disappointed I'm going to miss out!

Not too late, you're in!

RSVP's will close Thursday night, say midnight. I've got a preliminary reservation set up now, and can tweak it by a FEW people still.

I'd also ask those who have RSVP'd that they are coming to let me know if that changes. Both to five them a accurate count and to take care of any wait list if we end up with one!

I'm tweaking the route a bit and doing another test run tonight. I'll post the maps and directions for the run tomorrow (Thursday) after I run this last test.

OK Ladies and Gentlemen,

I did another Dry run last night (Thur.) after tweaking one or two things. Went thorugh 2 radar traps on the route! One was right after Herrington Harbor and the other I forgot the name of the road. Wonder if I can get a Valentine One in a brick and mortar store? No time to overnight now.
