The list that is REALLY IMPORTANT is Jen's "Who wants what to eat at the annual meeting?" list. We tryto keep the RSVP list current so we know who to expect and how many donuts to acquire

A Few Reminders for Saturday
A few reminders for Saturday
- John doesn't have a lot of chairs. You might bring some foldup chairs if you can.

- SamIAm and I have been working on bylaws and you might want to take home copies of some materials so that you can make comments later. Bring your USB "chewing gum" memory stick so we can give you copies.

- Don't forget that 2006 dues are due!

- Sam is taking orders for the fabulous new 2006 Dragon Badge (see www.motd4.com). I'm sure he will be happy to take orders

- Remember that DCMM is a "we" club, and "we" need to elect a number of Board members. If you care about the club, tell Jen about your intent to help

Sorry I wasn't able to make this, but I did zip by on my way to work to do a walk around and check out the parking lot--what a great collection of MINIs! MY CR/W no stripes was the Plain Jane of the place!

A big thanks
Now that was a tech day! Actually that's two tremendous tech day in a row.
I was really impressed with your talk about the Cooper S and the capabilities and durability of the engine. I also was very impressed with the current research your doing. The assessments I've heard about tweaking and upgrading turbo cars leads me to believe that you will have a distinct market advantage when the '07 is released and if the information that I've heard is correct about the Cooper also having a turbo - there should be a good market in upgrading the '07 Cooper to capabilities close to that of the '07 "S". I'm predicting good things for Lucky Dog Garage.
Your demonstration on piggyback computers really was impressive. Made me realize the one true (major) flaw in everyone Else's out of the box ecu modification - none actually drive the car - that sets your solution head and shoulders above everyone else.
And I don't want to leave out the car graphics presentation - I think many of us needed to know that there was someone local and capable to handle our graphics needs. Big thanks to Dave Ashley of Signs and Banners.
Will - just standing in the shadow of your Ferrari was - well I just can't say without getting banned on NAM, - Have you thought about bringing it to the Dragon? I volunteer for chase or scout duty. It is truly one of the most beautiful pieces of machinery I have ever seen. Can we put wings on that Stallion in the logo? I think Haemish was drooling. Sally should have been jealous.
Will - please keep us up to date with your racing - I think many of us want to cheer you on.
I know I will never miss a tech session at Lucky Dog Garage.
Somebody please post pictures of that Ferrari
Thanks Guys.

I was in between two jobs so I routed myself up 97 for a quick "drive by." I actually zipped past, had to pull a u turn to come back.
Sorry I couldn't make it, sounds like there were a couple of great presentations.
