Tate has a new SA

In addition to Will, Tate has a new SA. I can't quite remember her name, as she was on the phone for about 4 seconds before I asked for Will... I was thinking it was the operator or BMW receptionist or something. But will says after much pleading, Tate broke down and hired another. He says she's very good, and will soon be up to speed with him.

YAY for us! Yay for Will! YAAAAAAAY!

I saw her sitting beside Will this AM when I took my car in. Will loaned me a nice yellow/black MCSa while my car is being checked out. (I am suspecting a bad throwout bearing).

I am pleased to say that Tate seems to be a lot more Mini-friendly with the new service arrangements

Hint: Use Email

One other item -- Will is making Tate more Internet savvy. He prefers to have customers contact him by email (mailto:service@tatemini.com). He says that he has no reliable answering machine and hates playing telephone tag. He also said that, in addition to moving the Mini service desk into the Mini building at Tate, the have separated BMW & Mini service by moving the Mini garage across the street. We all have hopes that these changes continue to improve service!

Will at Tate

I just made my first service appointment through Will and he was very pleasant and accomadating. I hope the service goes as smooth.
