Yeah I thought about that after I put the letter in....I don't think they would have let me get away with that though. I guess I'll just take the loss. I have a week of back-pay anyway I think.

I think I've narrowed down what I'm bringing. I may be making something asian that would require some cooking on-site because cooking them before hand just isn't a good option. I'm assuming that there will be some sort of grills there so I can cobble together some of those aluminum baking pans into a steamer.

 

yes there will be a grill. If you actually have to steam something, I might lend you my stove and a steaming basket. One rule tho'....you gotta clean up after yourself.

Unfortunately, as it turns out I will not be able to make it to make it to this (sorry, Mom! ). I have promised to help a friend on an out-of-town trip. If it had only been a week later!

I already said my goodbyes to the Michael, Patricia and David at the end of the "MINIs By The Bay" event, of course I may see (some of) them tonight at President Mike #1's get together at the clubhouse!
