What are your personalized plates?
Mine is Bludy L. My car's name is Bloody Laney.
My old SUV had 3M 3TI8.
When I went to pick up my plates from the DC DMV, I was prepare if they questioned me about BLUDY L. I was doing to tell them it was "Blue Dial".

Another thread resurected!
On the MINI I now have "THE MINI". At least everyone gets that one!
The tags no my van just came up for renewal so I checked on The Van or The Truck but they're taken.
I'm a sailing buff and the truck is done up with some sail boat and nautical graphics. At the time I got the van tags SALOR was as good as I could get, but now "A SAILOR" was suddenly available and those are on the way for the truck.

MRFALCN
I was the mascot for Bowling Green State University from 2001-2002, and I had the pleasure to run around as Freddie Falcon for that time frame = ) After our beheading/revealing, my Freida Falcon cohort got a MSFALCN personalized plate for her car, and I quickly followed suit and picked up MRFALCN for my Civic at the time. A few states later, and cars, I've carried the plates and the name! So it has become a calling card for both my car and myself...
How long does it take to get personalized plates in Maryland???? It's been 2 months since I applied for a name I verified was available. My check was cashed in a few days, but still no plates. It took me like a week to get them in NJ.
Well, mine is work related, but then again my nic is work (as well as Mini) related too

I will most likely transfer my personalized plates reading N2BEADZ.
One of my hobbies is making glass bead jewelry and lampworking (making glass beads and stuff on an oxygen/propane mixing torch).
I also have plate frames that read: PLAYS WITH FIRE and I'D RATHER BE FLAMEWORKING. The frames are black with red writing. They would sure look good on my Mini.I'm still playing with the idea of going with something Mini related also.
We've actually had two different plates since it was new in July 2007. The Virginia plates (National Air & Space) are now SLYCPR. You find Sly out there at the Dulles Air & Space every Friday so look for him in the parking lot.

However, most of the ones in question replace the E with a 3, since it will be viewed backwards.
In other words:
TI 3VOM

"SLYCPR" for our 07' MCS. For those with kids (or are big kids) you'll know that Sly Cooper is a PS2 character (a Racoon). The plate is on a National Air/Space Museum plate and you'll find Sly's owner (Flygyrl1) at the Dulles Air/Space Museum each Friday working as a Docent....be sure to say hello to "Sly" if you see him.....

I'm sure a current Marylander vs this one from long ago will chime in with specifics of what you CAN do.
