Hey, are we still going to do this? I'm still interested. Doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate, though...

This morning!

All,
Sorry, I was in the UK doing the MINI thing, and forgot to keep an eye here.
If by chance you decide to check this board, I have a memorized route to Annapolis via the twisties. If people want to meet me at Belle Haven this morning, I guess around 8:45am, give me a call by 8:15 - 8:30 to let me know. 703.765.4845. Otherwise, I will head down to Annapolis myself. Debating whether to do the breakfast run or hang out and just show up for dinner...
Mike

Hey, if you're still online, I'm still interested! I'll try to give you a call before 8:15, but I can't find my cell, and my cordless is locked in my brothers' room!

'Course, if you want to skip the breakfast, I understand! I know how much fun that trans-atlantic fight is!

Who would have guessed the only person who had never ever heard of You Don't Know Jack! would be the winner?? Way to go, Jen!

Anybody for a rematch sometime soon?

PS -- Katie, what are your seat belt locks called again & where do you get them? How much do they run? I loved them!

Katie deserves the credit!

Many thanks to Katie for locating our dinner place in Annapolis for September. Food and company excellent as always!

A little group of us had a nice night time run home down some of the same roads we ran on the Annapolis-Wye Island run a few months ago and some new roads - thanks for leading the way Mike!

Makes me think that a night time rally would be fun - oh yeah - I forgot, we have one planned - the Halloween event will feature a night time drive.

Thanks Katie for letting all of us crash at your place! It was a good time. Even though I'm now going to have to search software bargain bins for 'You Don't Know Jack' and try to get my trivia skills up!

And to the rest, hope you all had fun! I sure did!

See you all next Saturday! Hopefully the weather will be like it was yesterday!

I'm glad you guys had fun....too bad the weather didn't co-operate a bit more. Of course Sunday was gorgeous.
Deb, the seatbelt thingys are called CGLocks. I bet if you Googled the term, you'd find their site, and could order directly from them. They're way less expensive than a 4point!
Glad you all got home safe and sound. We should do a YDKJ weekend some time...that'd be fun!

And thanks to Mike for the mini MINI run! (Even though I think that we did it faster in the pouring rain driving up! )

I had a lot of fun, too, Saturday night. Eatin', drinkin' (iced tea), and drivin'. Look forward to the next event.

yep... we did indeed...

Paul and Chris and I came into Annapolis on the same route we led everyone out on. And in the rain, we were going quite a bit faster, but I only had two other cars to watch for! It's a good route, fun in all kinds of weather.

See you all soon!
